December Events

Grandma's newly remodeled house

They painted this whole room, and textured the ceiling, and re-arranged the furniture

Here is her new shower

This was the biggest improvement, she got a whole new bathroom.

She got new carpet in her bedroom, and new linoleum in the bathroom and kitchen.

First of all, Happy Birthday to everyone with a birthday in December: Kristine, Tiffany, Kraig, Spencer, and anyone else I missed.

We have a few special dates that I hope are already on your calendars. The 23rd is the annual Ebelskiver party. It starts at 5:00, and is at the church on the corner of 2600 South. We can't wait to see everyone there!
The 25th - Christmas Day at Grandma's house any time after 4:00 for treats and showing off Christmas goodies.

Also, a big congratulations to Kathy and Chaz on the arrival of their sweet little one. I heard she came right on Thanksgiving morning! We are sure thankful that she is in our family! I don't know all the details, but her name is Mckennly Kolene, hopefully someone who knows the particulars will comment to let us all know how everything went.
Enjoy your December! We love you all!

November Events

It's November already! We have a few birthdays this month - these are the ones that I know of, so happy birthday to all who have November birthdays: Kolene, Debbie, Jodi, and Ainsley.
There aren't many announcements for this month, of course we have Thanksgiving on the 27th - I hope everyone has a very special day, and don't get too sick on that yummy food that I know everyone will be having. Also, I believe Grandma is not going to have the 3rd Sunday this month, due to the remodeling being done on her house. I will make sure, and post later if it really will be held. Also, on the 28th, the Godfrey's will be making their annual trip to pick out their Christmas trees in West Point. I can't wait to smell those Pinyons! Also, remember that the 11th is Veterans Day - a good day to be grateful for the things that we have, and for the people that have made and make that possible. I sure do hope that everyone has a great November. If you have any announcements - let us know!

What do ya think?

Hey Webbs, I just wanted to see how this would work, maybe encourage a few more families to get their blogs up and running, so we can see what everyone is up to. I hope this is a good idea and people will check it out. I wanted to start this, so that we could all be informed about what everyone else is doing, and to put up a monthly calendar for people to see what's goin' on in the family. I hope to see all of your blogs soon! Lisa
