June activities

Hey all,
Just wanted to let everyone know about things happening in June, so here's the rundown:
Last day of school for Davis county is June 4th!!!
June 5th is free fishing day in Utah - don't miss this one!! Carl just informed me that they changed the rules for licenses. Everyone needs a fishing license, every day except for the 5th. Kids 14 and under can get a year license for 5 bucks, just so you know. Given our experience with the fish fuzz, it might be good to get everyone a license if you plan on going fishing.
June 20th - Father's Day! We are going to celebrate with a BBQ at Marci's at 4:00.
June 21-26 - Grey's River trip. I think these are still the dates, but things have changed around a lot for this summer, so I'll let you know if there are any changes to be made!

Ken and Kolene's Homecoming

For those of you who would like to go to the homecoming, it will be on April 11th at 12:50. Their church building is just North of their house.
Also, for those of you who are interested, I found a cool deal on summer bowling. The only bowling alley that is participating in Utah is Orchard Lanes in Bountiful, which works out pretty good for a lot of us. For those of you out of Utah, check out the website, and see if there is somewhere by you. Here's the website: www.kidsbowlfree.com There are a few restrictions, so check it out if you want to. Spring has sprung!

Well, I'm not sure how many people actually check out this blog, but for those of you who do, here are some updates for the Webb clan. We just got our internet back up, so that's why I've been MIA for the past few months, it's not because I wanted to skip the winter months, however, I sure am excited for the weather to get warmer, and hopefully stay that way!
Here are some dates for March, April and May you might be interested in:

March - The 21st is the 3rd Sunday at Grandma's - A-webbs in charge of the treat. If you go, make sure to wish Dave and Marci a happy 38th anniversary on the 29th!

April - 3rd and 4th - General Conference
4th - Easter Sunday
5th - Ken and Kolene get home from Japan!!! We can't wait to see them!
5th - 9th - Spring break for some of the kids - don't have too much fun.
17th - Spring clean up at Grandma Webb's - please come if you can, the more hands we have the faster and better the job goes! Starting at 10:00?
18th - 3rd Sunday at Grandma Webb's - Godfreys in charge of the treat.

May - 9th -Mother's Day 5:00 at the Jackman's house. This is also taking the place of the 3rd Sunday.

As we approach Spring, and Easter, we remember the resurrection of Jesus. I am always amazed that we can watch as the earth goes from dead and frozen to living and green in just a few days it seems. And so it can be our reminder that through Jesus, even though we all must die, we will all "in a few days" be able to live again! What a miracle and a blessing! Heavenly Father loves us so much, and wants us to be happy!
