Ken and Kolene's Homecoming

For those of you who would like to go to the homecoming, it will be on April 11th at 12:50. Their church building is just North of their house.
Also, for those of you who are interested, I found a cool deal on summer bowling. The only bowling alley that is participating in Utah is Orchard Lanes in Bountiful, which works out pretty good for a lot of us. Spring has sprung!

Well, I'm not sure how many people actually check out this blog, but for those of you who do, here are some updates for the Webb clan. We just got our internet back up, so that's why I've been MIA for the past few months, it's not because I wanted to skip the winter months, however, I sure am excited for the weather to get warmer, and hopefully stay that way!
Here are some dates for March, April and May you might be interested in:

March - The 21st is the 3rd Sunday at Grandma's - A-webbs in charge of the treat. If you go, make sure to wish Dave and Marci a happy 38th anniversary on the 29th!

April - 3rd and 4th - General Conference
4th - Easter Sunday
5th - Ken and Kolene get home from Japan!!! We can't wait to see them!
5th - 9th - Spring break for some of the kids - don't have too much fun.
17th - Spring clean up at Grandma Webb's - please come if you can, the more hands we have the faster and better the job goes! Starting at 10:00?
18th - 3rd Sunday at Grandma Webb's - Godfreys in charge of the treat.

May - 9th -Mother's Day 5:00 at the Jackman's house. This is also taking the place of the 3rd Sunday.

As we approach Spring, and Easter, we remember the resurrection of Jesus. I am always amazed that we can watch as the earth goes from dead and frozen to living and green in just a few days it seems. And so it can be our reminder that through Jesus, even though we all must die, we will all "in a few days" be able to live again! What a miracle and a blessing! Heavenly Father loves us so much, and wants us to be happy!

July

July has already been a busy one! We had so much fun at the annual 4th of July party at Al's, thanks to Allen and Debbie for a wonderful time, and letting us use your house and beautiful yard! The 3rd Sunday this month is the 19th, and we are going to have hot dogs roasted over the fire at Grandma's. Also, we hope everyone has a great 24th of July as well.

Birthdays for this month are: Erin, Justin, Garrett, Logan, Joshua, Ryan, JD, Lisa, Stacy, and Jessica. Happy Birthday to all of you!

We hope you're having a wonderful summer, and we look forward to hearing about all the fun trips and outings I'm sure you're all having.

Summer is here!

Happy birthday to all you June birthdays! Including Grandpa, who would have turned 88 this month. We love you and miss you! Scotty, Drew, Bronwyn, Kimber, Jackson, Whitney, Analise, and Kate are all having birthdays this month too, hope you all have a good one!

The 21st, which is the third Sunday this month is Father's Day, make sure you all remember to do something nice and wonderful for your dads.

The Godfrey family, and Allen and Debbie are going to the Grey's River to do some camping and 4-wheeling, but hopefully won't get eaten by any bears.

Last, but not least, we have 2 new additions to our family. Kyle and Jen had a baby boy on the 6th, they named him Kasen Kyle (I hope I got the spelling right). And Carl and I had a baby girl on the 9th, and her name is Jovi Renae. What lucky babies to be born into such a great family, with so many people that love them already!

Shane and Jamie should be having their baby any day now, so we can't wait to meet her, and hear all the details - good luck! We're thinkin' about you!

Whoops!

Okay, so there is a major change to my last update. The Mother's Day celebration will be held at Marci's house, not Taunie's. Sorry to confuse everyone. The party will start at 4:00, and we will be having dinner there. So, bring your own hot dogs, buns, and a potluck item to share. And by the way, if you were thinking about not going, my mom is going to make her famous beans, so grab a cup, cause they're bound to be delicious! Hope to see you all soon!

May is Coming!!!

Well, I'll start out with birthdays in May to remember: Taylor, Keith, Karlene, Kyle, Tina, Sara, Sienna, Jamie, Carl, and Fisher. What a good month to be born! Happy birthday to all of you!

We have a few things going on this month. The first is a baby shower for Jamie on the 9th at 11:30 at Debbie's house! It will be lots of fun, so make sure you go.

The next big thing is of course Mother's Day on the 10th. Don't forget to do something extra special for your mothers, they deserve the best! Also, Taunie will be hosting the celebration at her house from 5:00-7:00, so if you want to visit, and wish Grandma a happy Mother's Day also, that's the place and time to do it.

Hope you all had a wonderful April, and are ready to move on to May, it's coming quickly! Any changes or updates would be appreciated! Also, we can't wait to hear all about Kyle and Jen's new baby, so let us know how everything goes with that. I will be letting people know about our new baby as well, so be excited to hear from us! Don't be April fooled!

It will be April this week, so everyone remember not to get fooled on Wednesday! I know we have some tricksters in this family, so watch out! Among April Fool's Day, we have general conference coming up this weekend, I know I'm excited, I just wish it was a few dozen degrees warmer. Easter vacation for some of those in school is the 6th - 10th. Also, Easter is the 12th, so I hope everyone has a great Easter Sunday!
There are a lot of birthdays this month, so hopefully there will be a lot of celebrating! Happy Happy Birthday, one and all!
